  8. FMAIL_HELP is intended for questions, remarks, suggestions, bug reports etc.
  9. concerning the echomail processor FMail and related programs.
  10.  
  11. RULES   Messages should be written in English.
  12.         Keep to the topic of the conference.
  13.         Do not be easily annoyed and do not be excessively annoying.
  14.  
  15.         NOT allowed are i.e.:
  16.  
  17.         - Use of handles or aliases
  18.         - "high-end" characters
  19.         - Test messages
  20.         - Messages of a personal nature. Please use netmail instead.
  21.         - Commercial advertisements and BBS ads
  22.         - Personal attacks, flames
  23.         - Long quotes containing irrelevant information.

  25.         In case of complaints about messages in FMAIL_HELP please contact
  26.         a moderator and leave the moderating to him. Although actions
  27.         of the moderator may not always be noticable, they are being done.
